Have you ever wanted to keep track of what books in a series you have read, or still want to read, or wish you had a list of all of the books you used as resources, for a particular report or paper?

You can create lists right in your record at the Jackson District Library online catalog.

First find the books you want in the online catalog (see Using the New JDL Webpages Part I searching the catalog.)

Using the NewJDL WebPages: Part IV; Logging In

There has been some confusion about logging into the JDL Website.

You do not need to log-in to the website to search the catalog, use the online resources or databases, or search the events.

If you are searching the catalog and want to place a request or see what you have out you will need your library card number and PIN.

Loging into the website is different. If you create a seperate website account you can then make or add comments about the blogs, the events and even post to forums. In order to log in to the website you must create a new account.

Using the New JDL WebPages: Part III- Searching Events

Searching for Events.

Jackson District Library has lots of things happening year round and every day. With our new webpage calendar system you have several ways to search for the event you want.

The easiest way is to click on "events" at the top of the page

This brings up the calendar that you can browse by date to see what is happening at which branch on any particular day.
