Carnegie: Al Worden, Jackson's astronaut: Book talk and signing

Come and meet Al Worden, astronaut from Jackson! He flew on Apollo XV. Al will present a book talk on his autobiography, Falling To Earth, which details his experiences in the space program and the wonders and challenges of flying to the moon.  Books will be available for sale and signing. This program is free and open to the public.

Carnegie: Sweet melodies & gifts: A morning of live music, gift ideas & refreshments

Hammered dulcimer musician Jerry Kloock will play in the auditorium from 10:30 am-noon on Saturday, December 3rd, while Carnegie staff talk about various gift suggestions, including DVD's, books, and ereaders!  There will be opportunities to try the electronic devices, as well as look over the other gift ideas. No registration needed. Free program for all ages, refreshments provided .
