Tessa's Book Review: Grizzly Bears and Razor Clams: Walking America's Pacific Northwest Trail by Chris Townsend

As travel books go, Grizzly Bears and Razor Clams is small and unimpressive.  But after thinking about it and actually reading it, the accomplishment this author describes is quite a feat.  Not many people have walked the length of the new, rough, and unfinished Pacific Northwest Trail (PNT) which tracks along the US/Canada border through rugged country.

Tessa's Movie Review: The Intouchables

Film poster

French movie The Intouchables is a terrifically funny movie about a quadriplegic. Based on a true story, the quadriplegic is a wealthy and cultured man who hires a convicted felon from the projects as his male nurse.  Rated R, the movie has bad language and some adult situations, but even those are pretty funny.
