The Underground Railroad in Michigan

Carnegie Library, Saturday, October 8, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Drawing on the research for her recently published book, The Underground Railroad in Michigan, Carol E. Mull will present a program detailing the history of Underground Railroad activities in the state and this area.  Ms. Mull will take questions and have books available for purchase and signing.

Ms. Mull is a founding member and current chairperson of the Michigan Freedom Trail Commission, a historic preservationist and an Underground Railroad scholar.

This free program is co-sponsored by the Jackson County Historical Society.
