The AARP is suing Wells Fargo
Well, the AARP Health Reform Policy Issue Seminar has been successful and congratulations for all of us especially to the participants and speakers respectively. This is one of the big steps for AARP to expand the reform bill. Currently, I read from this article the lawsuit that AARP filed to Fannie Mae and Wells Fargo reverse mortgage issue. The AARP has filed a class action suit against Fannie Mae and Wells Fargo over reverse mortgage foreclosure practices. The advocacy group for individuals older than 50 suggests that heirs of deceased individuals who had obtained reverse mortgages were told they could not re-purchase homes.
