Jackson District Library meeting rooms can be scheduled for public gatherings of groups whose primary purpose is non-profit, civic, cultural or educational. Jackson District Library meeting rooms may be reserved for meetings consistent with the Mission Statement of Jackson District Library. All meetings must be open to the general public. Any group whose use of the meeting room would constitute a violation of Federal or State Constitution will not be allowed to use the room.
Please notify the branch if you have to cancel a scheduled meeting.
Dues and/or fees as a requirement may not be charged. Please review the regulations for the use of library meeting rooms by non-library groups in our Services Policy.
The equipment available at the Carnegie Branch includes tables and chairs, lectern (with microphone on cart), screen (tri-pod), tv-vcrs, overhead projector, LCD projector, and a slide projector.
